MEMBERSHIP

The Board of Directors of the Family Child Care Network of W.N.Y., are inviting you and your assistants to become members of our professional organization of Family and Group Family Child Care Providers. Membership offers a number of benefits:

8 two-hour training sessions and 1-3 mini-conferences per year
Up-to-date information regarding: Regulations, Voice/CSEA (union), Insurance, Grant incentives, etc.
Promotion of the organization and individual members website (www.familychildcarewny.com)

The membership fee is only $75 per person for the 2009-2010 year running September to August. (no trainings in Dec., June, July and August) Early Bird Special send your completed application in by Aug 31st and pay only $70.00. No other child care organization in W.N.Y. is able to offer the required training at such a low cost. While non-members are welcome to attend trainings, the charge is $25 per session. We do not except EIP Funds for payment. To be listed as a participating member on our website, you must join by October 1. Partial payments will not be accepted. All members must be licensed/registered to be listed on the website.

Training Times and Locations

2nd Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m.
Location: Southgate Plaza Management Complex, Union Rd @ Seneca Street, West Seneca. Entrance located in the parking lot behind Dollar Tree. Enter through complex doors and follow signs (second floor). First training; Wednesday, Sept. 9th- O.T. Issues in Young Children

5hr Mini-Conference
Location: The New Apostolic Church, 314 Pine Ridge Rd., Cheektowaga Directions: Between Walden and Genesee (near Villa Maria).
First Conference: November 14th 8am-1pm-Topics-TBA
Free to all paid members- $50.00 for non-members

For September’s meeting we will begin accepting completed applications and full payment at 6 p.m. Please arrive early so your application (see below) can be processed. All meetings begin promptly at 6:30. We hope the Family Child Care Network of W.N.Y. will be of interest to you. Feel free to contact us for additional information.
